At CLUSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new watch or jewelry piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all protective films and tags, to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
