What is the delivery time for my order?
Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days within Europe and 5-10 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
How can I return my watch or jewelry?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and tags attached. You can initiate a return through our online returns portal.
Are CLUSE watches water-resistant?
Most CLUSE watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM or 5 ATM. This means they are protected against splashes or rain, but we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or diving.
Can I change the strap of my watch?
Yes, our watches feature a click-on/off mechanism that allows you to easily switch straps yourself. Ensure you select a replacement strap that matches the width of your specific watch model.

Is there a warranty on my CLUSE products?
